We use a third-party supplier for all shipping and the shipping dates are optimized for your location.

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 10-15 business days of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery.

RETURNS

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange (Items must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of the delivery date).

Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
